About the project: one of the most interesting educational projects iEARN (www.iearn.org) is the project “Teddy Bear”. The children from the two countries exchange teddy bears. The pupils from Form 4 of school 35 in Minsk sent the envoy of free will the Teddy bear to Lithuania. The children from Lithuanian gymnasium named after Lidzeiki sent their bear to Belarusian children. The wonderful adventures of the two bears began. Teddy (Belarus) travels about Lithuania, Teddy (Lithuania) travels about Belarus. The bears attend lessons, take part in all extra-school activities, are on a visit to each pupil’s place, visit historical and cultural places of interest. They have many bright and colorful impressions and they want to share them. That’s why the children describe these wonderful adventures every day: in Lithuania in Lithuanian language in Belarus in Russian. And senior pupils do the translation of these papers into English. At the end of the project we are going to publish the collection: in Belarus about the travelling of the Belarusian bear in Lithuania, and in Lithuania about the travelling of the Lithuanian bear in Belarus. We also have a good idea: to creathe multimedia disk of the project.
